These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at zenji.io (the "Site"), operated by Zenji AB, a company registered in Sweden ("Zenji", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a pre-launch page for a product under development. Its primary function is to let you join a waitlist so that we can notify you when early access becomes available. No paid product or service is offered through the Site today.
When you join the waitlist, you submit an email address. You confirm that the email address is yours and that you are at least 16 years old. We use the email to communicate with you about our pre-launch, early access, and the eventual public launch, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time; instructions are included in every message we send.

The Site, its content, design, logos, and the "Zenji" name are owned by Zenji AB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to our trademarks or other intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Site as intended.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenji disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information presented about our product will remain accurate prior to launch.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenji, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
